Restorative Yoga & Pranayama to Support Respiratory Health

Support your respiratory system through pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, gentle asana (poses), and somatic movement. Learn simple techniques to boost energy, support your lungs, and calm an over-active mind. We will incorporate yoga exercises that have been shown to help in the recovery from symptoms of long Covid. REMOTE Chair Yoga: Gentle Tune-Up

Unwind as you explore yoga from the comfort of a chair. A deeply restorative, slow-moving class to support bone density and structural integrity. Strength, flexibility, and relaxation are incorporated. Learn the fundamentals of good posture while seated, standing, and in daily activities. This is the most accessible form of yoga if you are recovering from injury, experience chronic pain, or wish to learn some de-stressors or centering techniques for your workday or everyday life. Women's Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health
$120/ 4-weeks group class or $220/ 4-weeks private lessons
Pelvic floor health is often overlooked and can be the cause of unnecessary discomfort and dysfunction. Learn how to tune into and tune up this important region of the body.
